TV show Top Shot had something like this. One of the contestants from season 3 does a marksmanship camp a couple of hours north of Houston for youngsters. My son was able to shoot targets from a zip line using paintball guns. Very memorable experience for him.

If online instruction were to be implemented, then the DPS should do it and there should be no fee. The written test could be administered by LTC instructors when the student comes to them for the range qualification. :iagree: My initial thought after reading the original (I believe a substitute is...
