TV show Top Shot had something like this. One of the contestants from season 3 does a marksmanship camp a couple of hours north of Houston for youngsters. My son was able to shoot targets from a zip line using paintball guns. Very memorable experience for him.

If online instruction were to be implemented, then the DPS should do it and there should be no fee.
