Re: Stephen King risks wrath of NRA by releasing pro-gun con

You'd think these people would learn what a large economic force gun owners can be.

Re: Road Trip to Houston.

Making a road trip to Houston from Dallas for the weekend to participate in my NFL pro day combine. Any advice, pointers, places to avoid, ect. for the area while I CC? Anything will be helpful! All relating to carrying of course. :tiphat: Keep your head on a swivel pretty much everywhere, and good...

Re: Harris County Sherriff

The Harris County Sherriff, like the Houston Police Chief, is an indication of how big-city Texas is slowly being infiltrated by the liberal, do-gooder, anti-gun ilk from other areas of the country. I hope & pray that the last election was enough of a wake-up call for a conservative resurgence ...

Re: open carry bill filed

This bill is confusing. Think about the questions we get on this forum from people that have completed the course and still don't understand. Would your neighbors understand this if they read the pamphlet and went through a 4 hour corse. I read the bill and am not sure exactly what it means in some...

Re: Send Your Children to China to be Good Commies

I can assure you that china is indeed as bad as things you may read about or in most cases worst. My wife's entire family is from china an the horror story's they tell me are mind blowing. As for the one baby law it's absolutely the real thing unless you have 10's of thousands to pay for the paper ...

I just can't wait for my April work trip to Saudi Arabia </sarcasm> :???: At least it's April and not August. ;-) Have you been before? :bigear: I tried to arrange my last Asia trip to take a connection (plus a 2 day layover) via Dubai. Couldn't pull off the schedule, but, would love to go just to ...

The Gun Control Act of 1968 is largely translated and revised from the 1938 German Weapons Act.

Re: 2/3rds of U.S. weapons owners would 'defy' a federal gun

Great comment: To paraphrase: "A law, repugnant to the Constitution, is void, and no one is obligated to obey it and no official empowered to enforce it." -- Marbury v. Madison Another goodun I found elsewhere: An Unconstitutional Act is not law; it confers no rights: it imposes no duties...

Re: How do we organize against Dems in other states?

Love the targeted approach. Best way to root out the truly vulnerable amongst them.

I would Google something like Democrats representing conservative (red) districts (states).

Re: AWB Coming Thursday

Anybody have a link to the actual bill yet? http://www.cnn.com/2013/01/24/politics/feinstein-bill-details/index.html I don't see registration in there anymore. And the provision seems to conflict with the no sale or transfer provision at the top: Requiring a background check on all sales or transfe...
