Re: CC at a high school tennis court?
This got me wondering: CC is legal on the grounds. But at what point do you lose the “carry” part of CC? If my weapon is in a bag across the court from me am I still actually carrying? It’s my understanding I can either CC on the grounds or lock the weapon concealed in my car. Not sure about the leg...

Re: Residential coyotes
One of the facilities guys at a local highschool was on a gator picking up trash around the football field after a Friday night game. Started playing cat and mouse with a coyote. Cameras caught everything. Coyote chased him around the entire field.

Re: Would You Favor Special Privilege?
Here is a link to AR’s law if anyone is interested. http://www.arkleg.state.ar.us/assembly/2017/2017R/Bills/HB1249.pdf If I’m reading this correctly, a sign that can be read from a distance of “10 feet” stating that firearms are not allowed would prevent a license holder from entering armed. The 10 ...

Re: I have been to my last gun show!
I went to DMH today and was also surprised by the number of empty tables. I also noticed that only the main room was open, the smaller room which usually has a good number of tables was closed. Prices were all over the place but there were deals to be found if you looked. I found a new name brand co...

I haven’t been in a while, but when I do go it’s like others going to see a movie...entertainment. My youngest turns 16 Thanksgiving Da...

According to Guns and Ammo, Colorado doesn't rank anywhere close to Texas in overall gun friendliness. http://www.gunsandammo.com/second-amendment/best-states-for-gun-owners-2017/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=editorial&utm_term=gunsandammo&utm_content=secondame...

"Accused of..." . Did you do it? Let's not beat around the bush. Completed 3 of a 5 year adjudication.... Why only 3? Where does this sentence stand? I think you'll find a lot of understanding here but you'll need to come clean. From the original post: “I was accused of breaking into a ho...

Re: Liability of business owners who ban licensed handguns
If businesses can be forced to serve clients they prefer to not serve under penalty of law they can be required to allow concealed carry since they won't even know if/when it is happening! Sure, all it takes is a law stating they have to. Hope and pray. As a conservative, I tend to land on the side...

Forget the ready range, I’d love to have the garage.RPBrown wrote:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=okq6VIckNQY

Re: Why do we need 30.06/7?
How quickly we forget that just a few years ago companies and people were threatening to leave the state of CO over anti gun legislation being passed. They didn't just threaten to move, Magpul actually did, To Austin! Exactly! Corp HQ to Austin, shipping and distribution to Cheyenne, WY. And frankl...

Why? Did someone force you to enter the establishment? If you don’t like the way someone does business go elsewhere.LDB415 wrote:Anywhere that posts a 30.06 sign should be fully liable both civilly and criminally for any injury to a CHL holder caused by a criminal action while on their premises.

Can’t have your cake and eat it too. Once you deny access to the general public you take on the responsibility associated with that action as it should be.

Re: Why do we need 30.06/7?
Folks, this is what we call cherry picking. Find one aspect of another states gun law and say if they can do it why can’t we. How quickly we forget that just a few years ago companies and people were threatening to leave the state of CO over anti gun legislation being passed. I challenge those makin...

Watching football today I lost count of how many times I heard the word physicality and the phrase “lost contain”. Both annoy me greatly.
