Re: MO: Hero Dad
...A restraining order simply spells out the terms of the pre-divorce.... What? A restraining order, on the other hand, is typically used to dictate to parties on either side of a lawsuit or court case what they can and cannot do. Restraining orders can be written to protect you or your property if...

Re: A Message from Federal, CCI, Speer and Remington President Jason Vanderbrink on Ammo Demand
Whatever happened to all the ammo Academy used to sell that was made in Serbia and the Czech Republic? Have not seen it on the shelves in many, many months there. For that matter have seen no ammo from anywhere on their shelves except for seasonal shotgun bird rounds. It was good quality brass stuff...

Re: ATF to Institute Rulemaking Regarding Stabilizing Braces and Require Registration of Currently Owned Braces
Maybe Regina Lombardo (acting director of the ATF) is worried Beto will get her job next month so she is showing
Biden that she is "getting tough on those gun folks."
Just a thought. Otherwise, come on, what is the need for any of this?

Trump's Loss and the NRA
First, let me say I am in no way blaming the NRA for President Trump's loss. However, left-wing groups such as MothersDemandAction are gloating that they "defeated" the NRA and other similar nonsense over on their website. Other sites reported the NRA spent only half as much in attack ads ...

Battle of the Bulge--We Remember
Tomorrow marks the anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge. Many of our hardened combat veterans at the time were on Christmas leave in England when the surprise attack happened and the lines were manned by many "green" soldiers who had seen little or no combat. The hardened soldiers were q...

Sig P320 M17
My new Christmas present to myself! Got it today---sweet!
Shot a few rounds through it and I felt almost no recoil and it had superb accuracy.
Will give it a more thorough test in a few days and shoot some steel with it and see how it performs.

Remington Ammo?
I heard Vista is acquiring a piece of Remington and Ruger is acquiring another piece all as a result of bankruptcy purchases but--what about the ammo? Who is picking that up? Anybody know?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Hope!
Now that we have a five justice majority (Barrett, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Alito, and Thomas) my hope is that they rule strict scrutiny is the appropriate standard to test the constitutionality of any leftist gun-control laws! Notice I omitted Justice Roberts from the list because my gut tells me he may...

Re: Ruth Bader Ginsberg - dies 9.18.2020
I am sure Justice Ginsburg was a nice person and I mourn her passing. However, her beliefs were totally poisonous when it came to our beloved Second Amendment. She said this: But, Justice Ginsburg explains, "When we no longer need people to keep muskets in their home, then the Second Amendment ...

Re: Season opens, SF Giants take a knee
Does Zen's position include defending those who call for the destruction of America and the institution of Communism? If so, seems an internal contradiction to say you swore an oath to uphold and defend---including defending those who want to disband and destroy. Does not make any sense to me and se...

Re: Kenosha Wisconsin Shooter discussion
After you shoot a few folks you just don't flee the scene and run home to another state. Looks bad and allows a prosecutor down the road to make the usual comment oh flight is evidence of guilt. Leaving the scene and fleeing to another state---that was not a wise decision in my opinion. Just my opi...
