Re: Cco deserves some classy leather
Just picked up a milt sparks vm2 from Allan Yoast firearms in Dale. He has it in stock, so no crazy long wait! Customer service has been top notch so far, should have the holster Friday.

WTB: Milt Sparks vmII 4.25" 1911
It's a long shot, but I thought I'd through it out there. I'm in Austin, but will be ok with shipping as well.

Re: Your thoughts on which 380 pocket carry
The lws380 is typically double the price of the lws32, and it rang true for mine as well.

Cco deserves some classy leather
After receiving my Dan Wesson CCO I feel like it deserves a nice new holster. It rides great in my super tuck, but I'd like to get an all leather holster, similar in design to the crossbreed, preferably without a 25 week wait (milt sparks). I'm a little guy and have found that widely spaced clips/lo...

Re: Your thoughts on which 380 pocket carry
Seecamps disappear, that's what I'd carry if I was in a place where it was "legal"-BUT A POLICY WOULD GET A PERSON FIRED/EXPELLED ================ :iagree: They really are awesome little guns. I can't think of a smaller .380. If you can stomach the initial investment it's a great tool for...

Re: well loved guns.
That looks awesome, I imagine my Dan Wesson CCO will age about the same. Although to be honest, it's so pretty, I'm dreading the first signs of holster wear.

Re: Your thoughts on which 380 pocket carry
This: I love my Seecamp LWS380. It's absolutely tiny compared to my pm9. .... Having said that, most of the other small .380s are big enough that concealment wise, there's not much difference between them and the smaller 9mms. Other .380s like the Bersa, Walther PPK, etca, as noted by many above, a...

Re: Your thoughts on which 380 pocket carry
My Seecamp 380 has the same spring replacement interval (200 rounds), that little slide is really flying and the recoil spring takes quite a beating. It does include a spare as well. I have one spring I shoot with and one I carry with, just swap them out before and after a range trip.

Re: Your thoughts on which 380 pocket carry
I love my Seecamp LWS380. It's absolutely tiny compared to my pm9. I find it way easier to conceal in a back pocket holster than the Kahr in a front pocket. Having said that, most of the other small .380s are big enough that concealment wise, there's not much difference between them and the smaller ...

well loved guns.
I love the look of a well used gun, so I thought it'd be fun to start a thread with pics of our old friends. I'll start with my old Series 70, bought new by a family friend and carried for most of 30 years. I had thought about refinishing it, but it looks too good the way it is. Anyone else like the...

One more quick one with it's little buddy, the Seecamp LWS380. These two seem to go very well together.

Dan Wesson CCO..... Oh my.
http://i166.photobucket.com/albums/u82/atxtj/IMG_0345.jpg I finally got my hands on one, and I know now what all the fuss is about. I bought an STI Shadow thinking it would tie me over, but they aren't really in the same class. The fit and finish on the CCO is stellar, I mean just awesome. I could ...

Re: AR15s; Do you prefer with bolt assist or without?
I used mine a few times on my m16A2 back when I was in the infantry, always because it was dirty. It works ok when you TAP the forward assist. You can feel if something is wrong, just by tapping it. I don't think it was designed to be slammed home, plus, you can't have SPORTS, without a forward assi...

Re: Get your CHL for FREE
"civil affairs" is a pretty broad term, what is the role of the Texas guard? Not really much info on the website, I assume there is no field units?
