The gun is banned from being imported into the US - because it's barrel is less than three inches, meaning it is deemed too small to qualify for sporting purposes.
Is this true? I have one of the little .22 "belt buckle" guns with a 2" barrel. Is it not legal?

I personally do not like the Smart Carry. I purchased one a while back and wore it around the house for a few days. I found that my gun was not as easily accessible as I like. I see a lot of strange waiting time. My son and I went to school Jan 6. I mailed my application to the DPS Jan 10. I mailed my sons application Jan 12. Both with return receipts. Both receipts returned within a few days of mailing. I had speed bump and had to send more information for my application...
