Re: Tritium Sights - How Effective?
I experimented with a lot of techniques prior to our night match at my club. The problem is seeing the sights and the target at the same time. All of the flashlight techniques I tried left the sights in the dark. What worked perfectly was a head light. I was able to see all of the targets and my si...

Re: Tritium Sights - How Effective?
I've never had much luck with flashlights and sights. Living out in the country, I've had some experience with this. Like having to put down a sick coyote before daylight with my dogs trying to get at it. It was hard to get the flashlight to illuminate my .45 auto sights AND the coyote. Meanwhile ke...

Re: Tritium Sights - How Effective?
I'd love to get Tru-Glo sights for my Nano. Better day visibility and night as well!
Unfortunately, they don't them. I wish they did. My only options are Trijicon and Ameriglo.

Tritium Sights - How Effective?
More specifically, on a Beretta Nano . I'm not sure if the smaller sized sights put out as much illumination as larger ones? How dark does it need to be before they work? I know they don't shine out like LED lamps! What's your experience been with tritium sights? I've been rushing home to get some t...

Re: DPS Website Down for Maintenance
I noticed the same thing this weekend! What I found was that once I got the dreaded "Down for maintenance" page, it kept coming up! My problem was I kept refreshing the same page. The down for maintenance page..lol. What cleared things up was doing a search and visiting the actual login pa...

Re: Corrected Vision Shooting
I wear tri-focals! I've thought about getting eye surgery, but I have an astigmatism. I'm not sure, but I'd heard that you have to pick either far sight correction or up close. I really need to look into it myself. For the time being, I should probably train some without glasses. And to the owner of...
