Kentucky only requires a NICS check. There is no registration or permit required.

Surgery Tomorrow
I go in tomorrow for the surgery that was rescheuled from December. It is routine stuff, but please add me to your prayer lists. Also my wife for having to take care of me afterwards (I can be a big baby sometimes!! )

The stobe rate is not fast enough on mine to do the old 'disco freeze motion' thing. The srtrobe effect is a little more distracting, but as KBCraig said, it works on the user too. And yesterday Citigroup announced they were in major trouble (I think I heard $18B in lost revenue?) and will be laying off 24,000 employees. Sounds like they need some new business practices overall.

It is funny, but I don't believe this is real. A real police dash camera would have a time-date stamp on it. I don't disagree that is was probably staged.
