Re: Schools, Parking Lots, and State Parks in Other States:

Kentucky only requires a NICS check. There is no registration or permit required.

It is a law in Kentucky that an employer may not preclude anyone who can legally own a firearm from having it in their vehicle at their place of employment, with the exception of universty campuses.

Surgery Tomorrow

I go in tomorrow for the surgery that was rescheuled from December. It is routine stuff, but please add me to your prayer lists. Also my wife for having to take care of me afterwards (I can be a big baby sometimes!! )

Hopefully will be back on the forum by Friday.

God bless,

Re: strobbing Flashlight

The stobe rate is not fast enough on mine to do the old 'disco freeze motion' thing. The srtrobe effect is a little more distracting, but as KBCraig said, it works on the user too. I do like the fact mine is very bright and concentrated, with a secondary light ring that covers a fairly good area wit...

Re: strobbing Flashlight

If you don't mind a cheaper Chinese flashlight, have one of the CREE LED lights from here http://www.dealextreme.com/search.dx/search.strobe#901. You just need to determine if the switch will let you go back to the previous mode you were in. Mine has to cycle between low-high-strobe with the push of...

Re: CDNN's Charlie Crawford live on NRA Radio

And yesterday Citigroup announced they were in major trouble (I think I heard $18B in lost revenue?) and will be laying off 24,000 employees. Sounds like they need some new business practices overall.

Re: Border Patrol Stop Video

It is funny, but I don't believe this is real. A real police dash camera would have a time-date stamp on it. I don't disagree that is was probably staged. Apparently they have tried to validate it, but the Arizona Border Patrol is not confirming or denying it. They also say they can't get the Inspe...
