All I know, I've written on this board

They are just off Zion Road on the North side of Tomball.

They do not have a web page.

Membership is limited.

Tomball Gun Club
PO Box 317
Tomball 77375

I would mail them a letter asking for a chance to become a member.
You might include a copy of your NRA card.

My understanding is they are mostly long guns (primarily so) and you basically need a "sponsor" to become a member.

I know there are a few Private, Membership only gun ranges around the outskirts of the city. Does anyone have a list? ... i shoot at tomball gun club and they don't allow select-fire(although now they say prior approval needed)but ... Phil is a cool dude, and you can do most anything out there that's not stupid.

off the top of my head:

PSC (in Friendswood)
Greenwood Gun Club
Orange Gun Club (had a class iii range. I haven't been in several years)
Impact Zone (near Monaville Texas)
Tomball Gun Club
Bayou Rifles
The Golden Triangle Gun Club (Beaumont)
Bay Area Shooting Club (near Crosby)
El Campo Rifle & Pistol Club, Inc.
Greater Houston Gun Club (shotgun shooting)
Metropolitan Gun Club (Trap shooting)
Angelina Rifle & Pistol Club (had a class iii shoot many years ago)

I hope this helps.
