Right about now would seem a good time for a strong NRA. I'm not concerned about Wayne LaPierre being right or wrong. What I believe is that like politicians such as John Cornyn, senator, republican TX (the RINO), he's more concerned about his position, financially, than he is for the overall health of the country, state or NRA.

If he truly cared for the cause he should have stepped aside long ago. It's not like he's comparable to the greatest president of the NRA when Charleton Heston proclaimed, "From my cold, dead hands!" ;-)
