I believe the State is expected to rest sometime today. Then the defense will probably move for a directed verdict based on the prosecution not making their case beyond a reasonable doubt (and considering all the conflicting testimony by the state's own witnesses, they certainly have not done that). This will get denied because of political pressure, of course. And then the defense gets to put their witnesses on and that is expected to end Friday or possibly Thursday. The jury has already been told to bring an overnight bag on Monday because they'll immediately go into sequestration for deliberations.
The State has it's foot planted firmly on the scales of justice. This whole thing just stinks. IMHO

It sure is not justice when they have the scale tilted.

Sure was hard to find stories in the news on the first day of the defense. Most stories were about the last day of prosecution. Even with shortening search tool to 24 hr it was all prosecution.

Someone told me they showed a video of his previous arrest where he swallowed drugs just before they arrested him. They rushed him to the hospital before he od’d.

Floyd’s friend took 5th Amendment and won’t testify.

Drugs found in Floyd’s car.

Is any of this on the news or only on 4 Chan.

Ok a story about it. But looks like judge won’t hear his buddy take the 5th on the stand.
