So, regardless of the stupid laws in Chicago, where is the illustrious alphabet agency to do something about those "illegal machine guns"? I mean, they threatened bump-stock owners with Federal prison, even though those are NOT "machine guns" under the actual definition. Why are those bangers not being charged under Federal law for modifying weapons to fire full auto? Yeah, I know, rhetorical question, sorry.
