I agree with everything said here. Everyone has even touched on where the many excess rounds went. However, dis anyone check surrounding apartments to see if anyone else was injured or killed? I am sure after all of this time the smell alone would have told the story if someone had died, but what if they had been incapacitated and couldn't respond. They could have laid there and died when medical aid could have been given if needed if anyone checked.
