I'm confused after reading the story. Didn't say that kidnappers killed the victim, but an FBI agent. Then it mentions children. I don't know if it was a child that was kidnapped.

Tragic.

ABC has less than Channel 2. There not saying it was a victim that was killed, but a man. Children were picked up, so I guess the're ok.

Even worse tragic, it was gross negligence. The Chronicle said that the victim was bound when he was shot by the FBI.

At upper management levels, the FBI is now their own government.

They need to be arrested just like all criminals, tried by a jury and then...given their status, innocent or guilty, let go or go straight to prison.

Felony murder - all of the kidnappers can now be charged with murder.

And absolutely nothing will happen to the feeb(s) that killed the victim.

They need to change their name to the democrat bureau of investigation.

Much more on the story.

Accidentally shot by FBI agent. His hands were bound with tape.

No mention of any privileged status of any of the people involved.

I'm going to suspect the following:

Finger on trigger.

Pointed in direction of something agent did not want to destroy.

Maybe bumped in tight quarters by someone.

Sounds like only the victim and a woman were in the house at the time.

He was holding a rifle.

Child made an orphan by the FBI and is in now in CPS custody. Relatives can't see him.

A statement seen on another forum: "I'd rather be a mattress salesman than an FBI agent."

Well, you can make her feel better about her job by telling her "At least you're not an FBI agent killing innocent civilians."

Ok, I owe the FBI agent an apology.

Victim grabbed the barrel of the agents rifle and started pulling. Agent thought he was going to loose control of his weapon and fired.

I did get it right that it was a rifle.
