I guess you could say he is lucky to still be breathing. I guess everyone realized the shotgun was still loaded as they always are loaded.
He has a big list of priors, I hope he is in jail a long time, because we don't want him on the street again ever.

After watching his body movements on the video, I'd vote for "drunk or stoned", but I suppose that could fall under "extremely stupid".....
