The article says that he was given an 18 year sentence in 2004. In a separate article that I read, it said that he had been given additional time for promoting a gang while in the jail. The best part is that the gov. thinks that training and rehabilitation help released prisoners - but slashed the funds on the rehab program. That is real dedication to purpose.
