Jacob Gabriel, 23, is accused of fatally shooting a 31-year-old man in the 9500 block of the southbound I-35 access road. Police say the victim was one of several witnesses who followed Gabriel after he stole a car from a gas station near the intersection of Fountainwood and O'Connor Road.
Gabriel is then seen running with what appears to be the gun police say he found in the stolen vehicle.

Bruce Willis sees dead people. I see another execution in Huntsville's future and another ghost for Mr. Willis.

Following I can maybe understand, if undetected. Getting out of the car, no.

I cannot understand why someone, unarmed, would try to close on a thug armed with a handgun. Of course I was not there and do not know the totality of the circumstances, but...still....Feel bad for the man who lost his life.
Please know and follow the rules of firearms safety.
