West Texas police are on the lookout for a suspect they say robbed an apartment while wearing a full-body gorilla costume.
Odessa Police said the burglar entered a woman's apartment on Halloween and demanded all her property and cash at gunpoint. No one was injured during the robbery.

Re: TX: Trick, no treat, on Halloween
How did a gorilla pass a background check? Must have got his gun through the jungle loophole.
Glad no one was hurt, but if she had been armed, and shot the guy? Would she have faced animal cruelty charges? PETA would claim gorillas should have the right to keep and bear arms also.

Would this qualify as a 'strongarm robbery'? Or merely 'Ape-ravated Assault'?
