Arizona man shoots woman who WAS stealing his chainsaws. Dropped them and was running away when he fired.

Mistakenly says Texas would be ok with this since it was at night. However, she was not leaving with his chainsaws when he fired, so to me, no.

Agreed. This report has a drastic oversimplification of Texas law.
