Actually, I was busy amending a campus-carry bill, analyzing a parking lot bill, writing two other bills, and trying to practice law in between.

Mr. Cotton -

Would it at least be possible to include language in the parking lot bill that specifically states that the bill applies to state agencies also? In other words, make it clear that neither public or private employers can prohibit their employees from legally keeping firearms in their vehicles.
