What can we do to help "the cause"?

#1

Post by shawn »

It looks like there is potentially quite a few gun related topics that can come up next session. I work with quite a few gun enthusiast that don't necessarily follow legislative issues too closely. What can I pass along to them that we can be doing now?

- Join NRA?
- Join TSRA?

If people only wanted to join one, which one would be more effective for the upcoming TX legislative session? Do the state reps look at just the numbers?

Is it any good to start writing our reps now?

Anything we can do now?

When the session starts, Charles will usually post up contact info for certain reps that need an example of what the people want to get the idea. You can share numbers and emails with other gunnie folk so we can all politely remind those in Austin that we have definite ideas about what needs to get passed, and we vote. :tiphat:
