SPF: Scoped CZ 452 Varmint - REVISED and REDUCED

#1

Post by Oldgringo »

I need to make room and money for a new air rifle; ergo, I'm offering a pristine LNIB CZ 452 Varmint with LNIB Mueller APV for sale.

[url=http://s912.photobucket.com/user/Oldgri ... 1.jpg.html]Image

The wood and metal are both 100%. I'm asking $550 for the combination shipped conus. If someone could pick it up, we could dispense with the shipping cost and I could throw in a a brick of .22 ammo.

Thanks for looking,

Greg

REVISED and REDUCED 3/25/16

Rifle alone: $400 plus $25 shipping
Scope alone: $65 plus $10 shipping

Pick em' up $465 plus I throw in a brick of .22 ammo for your trouble.....

Happy Easter, y'all.

The scoped rifle is SPF to a fellow CHL member in west Texas.

Thank y'all for looking and commenting.

Best,

Greg

I hope no one is offended if I bump the Revised and Reduced ad back to the top?

Oldgringo,

I'm sure no one is offended.

Heck, I'd buy it if I hadn't already bought 3 rifles in a row all the while SWMBO frowned and kept asking why I had to have them...

Thank you. They don't come much more accurate or of higher quality. When this one's gone, I'll only have four left.

I can ship it and/or we could meet half way....or something. A man of your standing should have at least one scoped CZ 452.

Is this an "adult sized" model? Some of the descriptions describe it as a "trainer."

The only CZ 452 that is not adult size is the "Scout", AFAIK. The "Trainer" is an adult model with a 24" barrel, it also goes by the name "Special". I have one in a Klinski stock with BRNO Match Sights. YUMMO!

I'd love to have that CZ, but bills come first. That seems like a great price, especially for the combination, and ammo to go with it. I wish you the best of luck.

Gentlemen....if you are looking for an accurate well built rifle the CZ is IT. Short of going to an 'Annie' you'd be hard pressed to beat it.

I already have a CZ-455 or I'd be all over this one.

Edit to correct info.

(Barrel swaps apply to 455 not to 452).

Shame on you Flint!

Remember, you can change out barrels (.17 HMR and 22 Mag) in just a few minutes by removing a couple of grub screws. The action will accommodate .22 LR, .17 HMR and 22 Mag. Just remove the filler piece in the magazine well and use the appropriate magazine for the barrel.

So, if you don't want to shoot .22 LR, buy an extra barrel and you are good to go.
Thanks for the push, but barrels are not easily changed out on the CZ 452's. I think it would take a real, honest to goodness, gunsmith to change this barrel. That said, you are spot on correct about the quality and accuracy of the CZ 452's. :tiphat:

When this one is gone, I'll only have four different models left: American, FS, Ultra Lux and Trainer.

OOOPS, you are correct Sir! What I posted is true of the 455, but not the 452 (thought it was, it is NOT).

Thank you for the correction. All else stands. :tiphat:
