How do you like the backing? I quite like my old Ventcore model, and have been considering the Revolution style for another carry option since it's the same layout and cheaper. Just worried that the upper end of the sweat shield will dig into my side.

SG USA makes some mighty fine iwb holsters. they are definitely worth the wait. congrats.

I had a real issue with the sights of my gun digging into my side with my cheap holster. But this revolution is EXTREMELY comfortable, I haven't any issue with it being uncomfortable or digging into my side. I know it's a little cliche to say you'd "forget you're wearing it" but it really it is made very well and I hardly notice it's there while sitting, much less standing.

Do they make one for the Glock 43?

I just now saw this post, so sorry for the late reply. But yes they make holsters for just about every popular and some that aren't so popular firearms on the market. Glock being Glock, guaranteed they make one for your 43

There are 22 different models for the Glock 43 for IWB, OWB, Appendix carry and so on.
I've used the Standard IWB Ventcore holster for both my Glock 23 and 19 for the past 2 years and it's held up well, very comfortable even in the humid Houston summers.
