Rep. Linda Koop - Dallas 102

#1

Post by TVGuy »

I wrote to our new TX State Rep. Linda Koop late last week and received a personal response from her Legislative Director this morning. It was a personal message that addressed specific concerns and she added that Rep. Koop "is a strong proponent of Second Amendment Rights and will support reasonable and sound legislation on open carry" amongst other things. :patriot: :txflag: She also added that the letter would go straight to Rep. Koop as well.

Maybe things will be different this time around?

Sometimes it's tough to be optimistic. However, we should never give up.

Glad to see you made contact with your rep.

"will support reasonable and sound legislation on open carry"

She may be newly elected, but she sure has the language down. :biggrinjester:

That surprises me a little coming from them.
I am not and have never been a LEO. My avatar is in honor of my friend, Dallas Police Sargent Michael Smith, who was murdered along with four other officers in Dallas on 7.7.2016.

No kidding!!! If there are any typos in this post, it's because I couldn't get all of the coffee out of my keyboard.

Has anyone reported to Interpol that they've been hacked?

Not to hijack the thread, but this appears to be a legitimate news article, first reported by believe it or not, ABC news, back on Oct. 21, 2013:
