Not a lot of details. Man robbed wife at 9:40 pm, husband shot robber in stomach, robber fled, someone dropped him off at a hospital suffering "critical injuries."

I hope the husband and wife are okay.
I am not and have never been a LEO. My avatar is in honor of my friend, Dallas Police Sargent Michael Smith, who was murdered along with four other officers in Dallas on 7.7.2016.

I can’t blame the husband at all, but I wonder if him chasing the guy for a second fight might haunt him later?
After a short struggle, Ponce got up and ran toward the parking lot, but the man followed and the two got into a second fight.

A few more details. Does not appear the husband will have any problems.

It appears that the would-be robber is what is now identified as an African-American. I wonder if the victim and her husband are also African-Americans...or if this is some sort of a racist attack on the female victim. :confused5
