Fist fight breaks out at backtoschool event called “Peace in the City.” (D’oh!)

One of the participants leaves, returns with gun, starts shooting. (D’oh! D’oh!)

Licensed-to-carry bystanders shoots bad guy, bad guy carted off to hospital in bad condition.

No charges for good guy.

Well, I can't wait to see how they spin this. Every time something like this occurs, the media try to turn it around and create a controversy where none should exist.

Case in point, the recent shooting in OK at the lakefront restaurant.

I bet they count it as a school shooting since it was a back to school event. That is a closer relationship to schools than some of the ones they count that way.

Well, he is a victim of his own poor judgement.

I saw some very positive coverage of Bryan Whittle who is a master sergeant in the Oklahoma Air National Guard and FAA employee. Bryan credit's the Army training he had gotten during his time with the Air National Guard. He is not the first Airman I have heard speak positively of their Army training after a firefight.

News coverage here, but no where else.

Not often that school shootings in Florida don't get MSM news coverage. Where is David Hogg when you need him.
