Moral of the story: next time you want to rob someone, choose your target in a "victim zone" (aka "gun-free libtard zone").

I looked this up on Google maps. Appears the gun store may be run out of his house. I figured he must be close by if he responded to a burglary that quickly at 0430.

Seriously. I realize that most criminals are stupid, but how dumb do you have to be to pass on all the places that are advertising their desire to be robbed with big 30.06 signs, and go to a place where you are liable to encounter armed resistance?

This is a combination barber shop / gun shop and the owner is a really good guy. I am very glad he wasn't hurt and was able to stop the criminals.

Probably because they wanted to steal guns.

Still idiots, though. :)
Even John Correia calls them idiots when they try to rob a gun store.
Guess what? You are likely to encounter a TRAINED individual defending such store. (someone mentioned IDPA, IIRC) Again, not a good idea to rob one in the first place.
