I used 2 different browsers, Chrome and FireFox, attempted twice on each and have 4 registration confirmations, but was never taken to a PayPal page. Does this count as 4 members and none as a paying member? Should I register again and try with the pop-up blockers off?

Had issued with Android. Will reg other family members using IE and Chrome.

I just tried to go to
http://www.chlsunited.com/, and got: Error: 404 - Category not found
Suggestions on how I go about joining?
Edited to add: Platform: a good ol' Windows 7 laptop
