Hopefully it will have a positive impact on our Car Insurance rates.

Back on topic.
I applaud those who care for the laws.
But I still gotta ask: what kind of a lawless chaotic country do we live in when democrats can choose what laws they "feel like" following? Laws are for everyone. All laws.
If we have to make laws to follow laws, we have started the dreaded descent into anarchy.
