It's not the Governor's call. Nor the Attorney General. They have no authority to arrest members who flee the state. This is 100% on the Speaker of the House.

One down, where are the other 56 warrants? I wouldn't want anyone accusing the House of playing favorites, or in this case, racism.

Oh it's even worse than that - this guy was in LEADERSHIP. Phelan gave him the CHAIR of the Urban Affairs committee.

This is how these people repay good faith "bipartisanship" and I for one am FED UP with it.
