Slightly different take and method from HB 1713.

7 Days to surrender firearms from the time notice is given
A designee can take ownership of the firearm if they can prove they are not a prohibited person, but must document that they have taken ownership. Otherwise similar conditions for surrendering to LE or selling to an FFL.
