HB 2342 - Reduction of Places where Location Restricted Knives are Prohibited

Location restricted knives can be carried in TABC 51% locations, Amusement parks and churches.

You can still be denied entry under TPC 30.05, but these locations are not off limits by statute.

Just a reminder, this is a bill, and is not law yet. These locations remain off limits to someone carrying a location restricted knife.

What exactly is a location restricted knife? A knife of any kind? Knife over so many inch's? Knife that works on a,b or c mechanism?

If the blade is longer than 5.5", then it is a location restricted knife.
