A Federal Judge Blocks New Jersey's Sweeping Restrictions on Public Gun Possession

The SCOTUS decision in NYSRPA v. Bruen has spawned numerous 2A cases. This justifies the creation of this new forum.

A Federal Judge Blocks New Jersey's Sweeping Restrictions on Public Gun Possession
By banning firearms from a wide range of "sensitive places," the state effectively nullified the right to bear arms.

It’s going to take a while, but Bruen is going to really knock the gun-grabbers on their collective posterior. :thumbs2:

At what point are the courts going to start requiring judicial pre-review of proposed gun restrictions like they did for voting laws in southern states during reconstruction?

It seems like there is a very clear pattern of state and local governments that are willing to trample on the civil rights of Americans in this respect. And if they can just continually pass new unconstitutional restrictions faster than the courts can strike them down then the effect is to deny our civil rights.
