Mexico files 2nd lawsuit against gun dealers in US

The SCOTUS decision in NYSRPA v. Bruen has spawned numerous 2A cases. This justifies the creation of this new forum.

Mexico files 2nd lawsuit against gun dealers in US
The first lawsuit, which was recently dismissed, targeted U.S. gun manufacturers. The second, which Foreign Affairs Secretary Marcelo Ebrard said was filed in Arizona Monday, appears to target gun dealers.
I'm pretty sure their figures are as phony as $3 bill, but corrupt politicians down there must figure even a long shot is worth a try for $10B.

Maybe if they controlled their border things like this wouldn't happen??

IF there claim was legitimate, then the appropriate defendants would be Obama/Biden/Holder.

If the Mexican government can file suits against US companies...can US companies file suits against the Mexican government for its failures to enforce the laws of Mexico?

I don't know about US companies doing it, but it seems like the State of Texas now has legal grounds to sue the Mexican government for not enforcing its own laws against illegal immigration. The illegal aliens that are entering the US are (claimed by Democrats) to be coming from other countries through Mexico to the US. How are they entering Mexico without being charged for illegal entry there? It is solely because the Mexican government knows they are headed to the US so it does not enforce its own laws against these people.

I wonder how to suggest this to Paxton and Abbott.
