The SCOTUS decision in NYSRPA v. Bruen has spawned numerous 2A cases. This justifies the creation of this new forum.

A Federal Judge Says the Ban on Gun Possession by Cannabis Consumers Is Unconstitutional
In a ruling issued on Friday, a federal judge in Oklahoma said prohibiting marijuana users from owning guns violates the Second Amendment. That restriction, U.S. District Judge Patrick Wyrick concluded in United States v. Harrison, is not "consistent with this Nation's historical tradition of firearm regulation"

This was a good decision, but even better than I thought. Paxton thought it was so good he used it as a guide and cited it in filing a brief requesting a summary judgment in his lawsuit against the ATF on suppressors made in Texas by Texans.
