The SCOTUS decision in NYSRPA v. Bruen has spawned numerous 2A cases. This justifies the creation of this new forum.

BREAKING NEWS ON BOLAND V BONTA OUT OF THE U.S. DISTRICT COURT, CENTRAL DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA SOUTHERN DIVISION:
CALIFORNIA HANDGUN ROSTER RULED UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

In a decision sure to rock California’s anti-gun politicians, United States District Judge Cormac J. Carney just issued a decision that has struck down the state’s “Handgun Roster” – declaring that “Californians have the constitutional right to acquire and use state-of-the-art handguns to protect themselves. They should not be forced to settle for decade-old models of handguns to ensure that they remain safe inside or outside the home". California has 14 day to appeal

Let's see what the 9th says, in light of Bruen.... If the 9th concurs, then, CA may have cause for some celebration.

I like the info in the armed scholar, but the titles of their videos are over the tips of their skis usually.

If I recall correctly, this was simply a temporary injunction, which is a good thing but just means we won the first skirmish; long way to the end of the battle and the war. California will now call a fire mission from their artillery on the ninth circuit court
