2020 numbers

Added 479,372 new license holders for 2020 calendar year. Couldn't find a total number currently issued.

Percentage of criminal convictions ticked up, to 0.4334 %, or 114 individuals. If you look at the total number of convictions for 2020, it's only 26,304. That's down a good 14 thousand from the roughly 40k conviction rate for last 5 years running.
