Not confirmed but heard from another instructor that the LTC-101 may be going away?
Anyone hear of this? He said that the DPS call center said that the LTC-101 may be going away
and that the 10/21 revised LTC-100 will be the only document. I'm guessing the on-line instructors
will fill the top and the instructors doing the proficiency will fill the middle and bottom?

You might want to ask him/her where they got that information.
However I don’t see a problem with that. I have already had students get confused about the new 100 because of the new section. I’ve issued about 20 or so of the new 100’s and had students call me because they thought I forgot to sign that part of the form. Going forward I have been crossing out that section.
