Got both my instructor certs in the mail yesterday (LTC and SSC). AND they had the correct expiration date of 12/31/2021.

I got my renewal email today. I read the material, took the exam and uploaded it to DPS.

Sent in my test and my LTC-100 today. They already have my LTC-90, supporting documentation, and money.

10/3/19 Received both certs today. Two weeks.

Received a flat envelope from the state. Pretty fast turn around time, considering the storm damaged mail sorting center and that I'd called just last Friday trying to get the School Safety Certification certificate they didn't send the first time.

Opened it up and they sent me. . . . a second LTC Instructor's certificate.

Close but no cigar.

I'll call Monday and try again

Third time was the charm. Called Tuesday, Oct 1, had correct SSC certificate in hand here in Houston on Oct 3. So, hats off to RSD for what ultimately was a speed resolution. Sort of. ;-)
