I have one of these, and out of all of my variable power scopes, it is my favorite. Current MSRP is $1,149.99 for one NIB. I paid $800 for mine NIB on Amazon back in 2016 (back then it was a 2.5-10x), plus another $160 for an ADM Recon mount on the same order. Point is, OP's price for a brand-new never been mounted, never been fired example of this scope and mount is a heck of a deal.
Somebody should snap this up. It would make an outstanding scope for something like an AR-10 based SASS rifle, or a light bolt gun for hunting duty. Mine is mounted to my Ruger Gunsite Scout rifle.
