It has been a long time since I have even posted. Is it because of my deodorant? :???:

I get the perma ban screen when I'm traveling and use a VPN. Sometimes I can pick a different VPN server location and get logged in. Sometimes not.

Only if using VPN from certain countries. I chose Germany and it was banned. I chose a different one and it worked again. I think some countries are worse about spam and fake account sign up than others.

It just happened to me and I had selected an address from Phoenix when I first logged onto my computer today. I remembered there had been threads on this, but not the outcomes. I tried to use the "contact and administrator" selection, but it failed to send. Then I noticed it said the ban was because of the IP address, so I selected a different location for the VPN and viola.

I guess there is no other way around this to verify who we are despite logging in other than select a different location to see if it will allow that?

I got the same issue trying to use a VPN from some foreign countries. For now Canada works.

Change your shortcut from http: to https:

That worked for me.
