I just wanted to let everyone know I really appreciate your participation on TexasCHLforum.com. In a little over a month since the forum was launched, there have been 893 “articles posted and I have not had to edit or modify a single post! I must confess, I was more than a little worried about the time I would have to spend moderating the forum, in view of what I’ve seen on other boards and newsgroups. Thanks to you folks, those fears have been unwarranted.

We have a great group of “members here and I thank you for the respect everyone has shown to each other, even when there is disagreement on an issue. You folks have made this board exactly what I had envisioned; a place where we can discuss issues in a civil and respectful atmosphere, without honest differences of opinion spawning personal attacks. Keep up the good work!

Oops, actually I did have to delete a post; a picture posted in the Test section. I failed to set the parameters for that section and a member was able to post a picture without logging in. He kindly pointed that out to me and I corrected that oversight.

Regards,
Chas.

During that same time period this forum has also accumulated over 100 members. That’s a substantial amount for a topic specific forum such as this.

I can't believe that it has only been a touch over a month. It sure seems like it has been longer.

It is truly an honor to participate in a forum populated by gentlemen and ladies. Makes it a lot of fun.
