PM's stuck in outbox

Why do some of my PM's go through and most stick in outbox and never go through? Anyone else have this problem?

They remain in the outbox until the person you sent it to checks it.

If someone doesn't ever check the PM, I suppose the message could get stuck in outbox purgatory forever.

I had one like that for a couple months before I finally said to heck with it and deleted it.

Man, that was bugging me too, but I just wrote it off as one of those mysteries of life and figured I'd never know why. :roll:
