Neither one of you are shipping inside Texas. Outside of Texas it needs to be shipped to a FFL, but can come from a private party.

You can ship USPS. I have never used UPS, but I have shipped Fedex individual to individual.
Edit: CANNOT ship USPS unless your are a FFL.

For the time being I'm going to hang on to these last two. I will post a new thread if I decide to sell either of them in the future.
