That's part of the extensive 10.11 line of tactical and outdoor gear. It's twice as...mature as 5.11.

Pointed up at your crotch, no? At best, it looks like it will make for a really awkward and fumbly draw.

I agree. How do you draw from that position. The snap restraint will also be hard to release.

Ok now to explain. The UAH by Eagle Industries was made oh back in the late 80's for a lot of diff pistols. I was working at a co just out of the Navy and we sold stuff to every agency in San Diego civy to military. The Glock 19 was the newest kid on the block. The DEA kiddies all wanted to look like DJ so shoulder holsters and ankle holsters were all the rage. EI at my bosses request and they thought he was nuts made a batch of these for Glock 19's and they worked great, any pistol lays flatter against the leg and it hides great. I had one and carried a PPK in it. Even went bowling without issues. Now I know the draw isn't as clean as a reg AH but you learn fast that you dont have to pull up you pants as far. Also we never had a pistol go skidding across the floor in a supermarket like the reg AH do at times. People bump the thumb break and don't know it. So when I happened across one unused on ebay I got it. Use it naw TOO old n fat for this stuff any more

Scary looking. Unless one was sitting crisscross applesauce ("Indian style"). But the last time I did that for an extended period, I tore my meniscus. Anyway, I prefer my Galco ankle holster rotated slightly inward so that the revolver is in the gap between the ankle bone and the heel, pointing at China.
