And to the 80% lower and the lower parts have to be in the same kit, or can you order lower parts kit at the same time as long as its not included in the same kit as the 80% lower.

To me this appears to be anti-gunner harassment.

Never mind the fact that an 80% lower is useful as nothing more than a paperweight as sold and delivered ...

I'm fed up with the federal government bait and switch games...

Just since the 80s...

First it was 10+ round magazines
Then it was scary looking black guns
Then it was keyrings and shoestrings (remember that nonsense?)
Then it was bump stocks... Ruled acceptable then rescinded with no consequence...
Now it's arm braces ( that's all over but the crying)
And 80% lowers, again specifically ruled acceptable and now not so much ...

BOHICA is all I can say right now.
