Removed magazine pointed it and pulled the trigger killing the firefighter.

Charged with manslaughter.

When you break a rule people die. Break more than one rule people will surely die.

Edit: I realize I come off harsh and somewaht unforgiving. My brother's son-in-law was shot by the same sort of idiot as this guy.
