357 SIG Dies - Redding

#1

Post by dpatterson »

Are these the dies that I need for reloading 357 SIG?

The .357 Sig die set has the FL, Expander and Seater dies plus the shell holder and the allen wrench. $35.00 shipped for them

I picked up the dies above along with a RCBS set of 9mm for $55 shipped.

What else do I need for 357SIG or do I have what I need?

If the seating die also crimps then you are all set. I use Lee dies and have included their crimping die to my set. With this cartridge doing the crimp separately from seating has worked out better for me.
Make certain that you check the case length and keep them trimmed well below max lengths. And if your Redding sizing die is steel, not carbide, then you will have to lube each case.
Good luck and let us know how your first session goes.

Kind Regards,

Tom
