Houston Area Lead Bullet Casters

Post by mupepe »

Does anyone know of any lead bullet casters in the Houston area. Is Friendswood Bullet Company still in business? I'm just looking for a cheap source of 230 grain RN .45 for plinking and target shooting.

I tried locating them since I live in Pearland which is right next door to Friendswood.

Their website has closed down but at one time you could contact them through Facebook.

I don't do FB, so you're on your own with that.

I did read somewhere that the city shut them down because of the lead issue and they were operating out of their garage in a residential neighborhood.

I've been purchasing lead bullets from ACME Bullet Company in Wisconsin.

No complaints here and the bullets arrive in a neat wooden storage box.

Texas CHL received 07/24/09 and being used daily.
