History lesson Mike Dillon after he left the airlines made a 223/556 conversion for the Star I was sent Sn#2 Garland PD got Sn #1, that started it all on a Star converted you could load up to 762x51 length not recommended but could, I used to have Dillon RL1000 press but liked my old Star better for pistol ammo as they were designed for, Mike put Star out of business plus their prices went to over $1000 for a universal, mine was $175 I think, also Phelps loaders were made then just not Star quality a very close copy.

There was a man not to far from Quinlan Tx that had a barn full of original NEW parts and about 10 presses I visited one time for parts, he had tons of them all new in package for sale and several die sets and shell plates. If anyone would like to research to find him pm me for name. You sure do not see them mentioned much anymore.
